    Paneer Tikki

    Paneer Tikki is a quick and easy snack for kids. It can be serve with any sauce.

    Makes/Serves:  about 6 pieces

    Ingredients:
              1 cup crumbled or grated Paneer  
              1 small potato (boiled and mashed)
              2 to 3 chopped green chilies (optional)
              2 bread slices 
              1 tsp. ginger garlic paste (optional)
               1tsp Cumin seeds
              1 chopped small Onion
              1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
              1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder
              5 to 10 Mint leaves 
              Oil for frying
              Salt to taste

    Method:
              Mix all the ingredients well with the little help of water.
              Divide the mixture into 6 to 8 equal portions. Give them a round shape as ball then flat them with the help of palm.
              Heat a tawa and fry them on a medium flame with little oil. (Shallow fry). OR you can deep-fry them.
              Serve with any chutney or sauce.
