Fish Eggs Fritters are very easy to
make. You can have them as a snack or can have it with rice and dal
during lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
•
Rui/Katla/ilish fish eggs (approx. 3cup)
•
1cup Corn flour
•
2/3 pinches Baking Powder
(optional)
•
2tbsp Breadcrumbs
•
1 chopped small Onion
•
¼ tsp Turmeric powder
•
½ tsp Chili powder
•
Black Pepper powder
•
2 /3 chopped Green Chilies
•
1tsp Soya Sauce (optional)
•
Oil for deep frying
•
Salt To taste.
Method:
•
Wash and drain the fish eggs. Add 1
tsp of soya sauce and make sure that the fish eggs are well mashed.
•
Now in a bowl add Corn flour, Baking
powder, Onion, Green chilies, Black Pepper powder, Turmeric powder, Chili
powder, Breadcrumbs and salt to taste. And mix them well.
•
Make small patties out of the
mixture and slowly slip it into hot oil. Fry them till they turn light brown.
•
Remove from oil and place on
absorbent papers to absorb excess oil.
•
Serve hot with Tomato sauce.

Cook Tip: Soya
sauce contains salt be careful while adding salt.
