Sweet chutney

Sweet chutney can be added in chaat varieties or can be enjoyed with samosas, cutlet etc.

Ingredients:
·      10 to 15 Dates
·      2tbsp Tamarind paste
·      1/2 tsp Chili powder
·      1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
·      1/4 tsp Black salt
·      Salt to taste

Method:
·      Remove seeds from the dates and soak them for about 1hr
·      Cook the entire ingredient with little water for 5 to 8 minutes. 
·      Now blend everything well till smooth.
·      Serve the sweet chutney with Indian snacks like samosa, pakora etc.

Mooli ki salad

Mooli ki salad
 Mooli ki salad is a very easy recipe and goes very well with dal-rice.


Ingredients:
          2 cup grated Mooli (Radish)
          3 tsp chopped Green chilies(or to taste)
          2 tbsp chopped Fresh Coriander
          ¼ cup finely sliced Onion
          1tsp Lemon juice
          ½ tsp Cumin seeds (Jeera)
          ½ tsp Mustard seeds
          Salt to taste
          1 ½ tsp oil 

Method:
          In a bowl take grated Radish (Mooli), chopped Green chilies, chopped Fresh coriander, Lemon juice and Salt. And mix well.
          Now heat a pan, add Oil then add Cumin seeds, Mustard seeds, Onion and sauté them for about 2min.Then transfer them to mooli mixture bowl. And mix well.
          Mooli ki salad is ready.
          Serve with dal-rice.

Green chutney is very easy and quick chutney made with coriander and mint leaves. It can be added in chaat varieties or used as a spread for sandwich or can be enjoyed with samosas, cutlet etc.

Mango – Pineapple Chutney

Chutney/chatney/chatni, is the family of condiments associated with Indian cuisine made from a mix of variety of spices, vegetables, or fruit. The word "chutney" derives from the Sanskrit word can meaning to lick and these one surely goes with the name! Try it to get a finger licking experience .This one colloquially called Aam-Anarash er Chatni (Mango-Pineapple Chutney), is a hit during hotter summer days, simple to prepare and tastes brilliant with a sweet and sour taste

Home-style Fried Chicken

KFC style fried chicken are loved by many but many cannot eat them as they are not available as ‘Halal’ outside Gulf.  I tried this recipe on my own and came out good.



Chana and Masoor Dal Pakora or Fritters

Crispy & crunchy snack made with mix dal . Very delicious when served with, sweet and sour dips/chutneys like green mint chutney and tomato sauce etc.
