Bread Pakora is a perfect teatime
snack for a rainy day.
Ingredients:
•
6 slices Bread
•
1big sized potato (boiled and
mashed)
•
½ tsp chopped ginger
•
¼ cup Onion
•
½ tsp cumin seeds (gota jira)
•
1to 2 chopped Green Chili (optional)
•
½ tsp Coriander powder
•
½ tsp Fennel powder
•
½ tsp Pepper powder
•
2 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves
•
3 tbsp Water
•
Salt to taste
•
Oil for deep frying
Method:
•
At first grind the bread slices.
•
Now in a bowl take the entire
ingredient and combine them very well.
•
Prepare small flat and round
cutlets by taking small sized ball of the mixture and gently pat it to form a
disc shape of even thickness.
•
Heat oil in a pan on medium
heat. When the Oil is really hot (not smoking) add the cutlets and fry it till
it is golden in color. Drain on a paper towel (you can shallow fry them).
•
And it is Ready to serve.
