Bread Pakora

Bread Pakora is a perfect teatime snack for a rainy day.

Ingredients:
          6 slices Bread
1big sized potato (boiled and mashed)
          ½ tsp chopped ginger
          ¼ cup Onion
½ tsp cumin seeds (gota jira)
1to 2 chopped Green Chili (optional)
          ½ tsp Coriander powder
          ½ tsp Fennel powder
          ½ tsp Pepper powder
          2 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves
          3 tbsp Water
          Salt to taste
          Oil for deep frying

Method:

At first grind the bread slices.
Now in a bowl take the entire ingredient and combine them very well.
Prepare small flat and round cutlets by taking small sized ball of the mixture and gently pat it to form a disc shape of even thickness.
Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. When the Oil is really hot (not smoking) add the cutlets and fry it till it is golden in color. Drain on a paper towel (you can shallow fry them).
And it is Ready to serve.
