    Egg white muffin

    Egg White Veggies muffins are ideal for breakfast and it is very easy to make.



    Makes/Serves:  6 muffins

    Ingredients:
              1 Bell Pepper 
              1 Spring Onion
              1 Tomato
              2 tbsp boiled Kala Chana
              2 cup Egg white
              A pinch of Salt 
              Handful of  Spinach
              2-3 Curry powder (optional)
              Muffin tin 

    Method:
              Preheat the oven to 200°C/ 390°F.
               Wash and dice the Pepper, Onion, Tomato and chopped Spinach and put them in a large mixing bowl with Kala Chana.
              Then add the Egg white and Salt, Curry powder. And mix well.
              Grease the muffin tin with oil and pour the egg mixture evenly into the muffin tin. 
              Bake them for 15-18 minutes or until the tops are firm to the touch.
              Serve it.
