Egg Chop is a super snack
which is very easy to make and very yummy too.
Ingredients:

12 Eggs
•
2 Eggs
•
10-12 boiled Potatoes
•
1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
•
½ teaspoon red Chili powder
•
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
•
Salt to taste
•
2 cups breadcrumbs
•
Vegetable or Canola oil for deep
frying
•
½ cup chopped Coriander
leaves
Method:
•
Boil 12 eggs till hardboiled.
Immerse immediately in cold water and then peel. Keep aside.

In a large mixing bowl take
the boiled Potato, Turmeric, red Chili, garam masala powders, Coriander leaves and
Salt. Mix well to form a dough . Divide into 12 equal portions.

Take one egg and a portion of the
Potato mix. Wrap the potato mix around the egg and smoothen with your hands to
form an even casing around the egg till it is fully covered.

Repeat for all the remaining
hardboiled eggs. Place all in a plate.
•
Whisk remaining egg in a bowl. Then
gently dip each potato-coated egg into beaten egg and then coat it with
breadcrumbs.
•
Heat the oil for deep-frying in a
deep pan. Then drop them into oil and deep fry till golden. When done, drain
and place on paper towels.
•
Serve hot.
