Ingredients:

6 Chicken pieces
•
2 Eggs (beaten)
•
1 cup buttermilk
•
1 cup all-purpose flour
•
1 tsp Chili powder
•
1 tsp Black pepper
•
2 tsp Salt
•
1 tsp Onion salt
•
1 tsp. Garlic powder
•
4 cup Breadcrumbs
•
Oil for deep fry
Method:
•
Take buttermilk, Garlic
powder and Onion salt in bowl, Soak chicken pieces in this mixture for about
3hr.
•
In a separate bowl add Flour,
Salt, Chili powder and black pepper .
•
In another bowl take the breadcrumbs.
•
Now roll the Chicken pieces in seasoned
flour mixture until completely covered then dip the seasoned chicken in the beaten
Egg and leave them aside.
•
Now again coat the Chicken pieces with
breadcrumbs until completely covered.
•
Now in a large frying pan heat the
oil.
•
Fry the Chicken pieces very gently for
about 5 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.
•
Remove chicken and drain on paper
towels or rack.
•
Serve hot with any sauce.

Cook Tip: Instead of using breadcrumbs you can use corn flakes crumbs.
