Banana cake is nothing but a cake
.we can have it for breakfast or snack.
Ingredients:
•
2 banana Puree
•
1 cup White Sugar
•
1 cup Butter (softened
at
room temperature)
•
2 Eggs
•
1 cups All-purpose flour,
(Maida)
•
½ teaspoons Baking Soda
•
1tsp Baking powder
•
1 tsp vanilla extract
•
½ teaspoon Salt
•
3 teaspoons Milk
Method:
•
In a mixing bowl beat the eggs; beat
till it becomes double.
•
Now in this beaten eggs, mix banana
puree, white sugar, and butter and beat well for about 4to 5 min.
•
In another bowl, shift the flour,
baking soda, baking powder and salt all together.
•
Now add the above flour mixture to
the egg and banana puree mixture. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
•
Preheat your oven at 350 degrees F
(175 degrees C).
•
Grease your baking pan with butter
or oil and dust Maida all over the pan.
•
Pour cake batter into greased
baking pan.
•
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees
C) for 40 to 45 minutes, or until cake is done. Let it to cool.
•
Serve with Tea/Coffee.
