Ingredients:

1 ½ cup Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
•
2medium sized Potato (boiled and
peeled)
•
½ tsp Red Chilli powder (or to
taste)
•
¼ tsp Turmeric powder
•
¼ tsp Ginger paste (optional)
•
½ tsp Coriander powder
•
Salt to taste
•
Coriander Leaves
•
2 tbsp Corn Flour
•
Oil for deep fry
Method:
•
Take Paneer in a mixing bowl, to
that add boiled Potato, red Chilli powder, Ginger paste, Coriander powder,
Salt, Coriander leaves, Corn flour and mix it well.
•
Now make small oval size balls from
the mixture.
•
Deep-fry the kofta balls in medium
heat until golden brown in color.
•
Serve hot with any chutney.
