Ingredients:

500gm Chicken
•
½ cup Yogurt
•
2tbsp Olive oil
•
1tsp Ginger- Garlic paste
•
1tsp Curry powder
•
1tsp Paprika
•
½ tsp Chilli sauce
•
½ tsp Black Paper
•
1tsp Tomato paste
•
2tsp Lemon juice
•
Salt to taste
Method:

Whisk together yogurt, curry
powder, lemon juice, oil, ginger- garlic paste, salt, paprika, black
pepper, chilli sauce, tomato paste in a medium bowl. Now add chicken pieces
and Place in refrigerator and marinate for 4 to 8 hours.

Now heat a grill pan to high heat
for about 2-3 minutes. Lower the heat to medium-high and brush oil to the
pan and make sure the entire pan is coated with oil.
•
Then add the chicken pieces to pan
and cook for 7-8 minutes on the first side without moving until the undersides
get dark grill marks. Flip the chicken pieces and cook the other side for 7-8 minutes.
•
Turn off heat and sprinkle lemon
juice.
•
Serve hot.
