Soya Kebabs is a very tasty
and nutritious kebabs, made with soybeans .It can be served as a snack.
Ingredients:
•
1 cups Soya granules (soaked in
water for for 1/2 hr at least)
•
1/4 cup chopped Onions,
•
1tbsp Vinegar
•
2 to 3 Bread slice (crumbled)
•
2 tsp Ginger -Garlic paste
•
1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder
•
1 tsp Chaat Masala
•
1/2tsp Cumin powder
•
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
•
1tsp Dry Mango powder
•
2 tsp finely chopped Green chilies
(or to taste)
•
1 tsp Chili powder (or to taste)
•
Salt to taste
•
Oil for pan-frying
Method:
•
At first wash and drain Soya
granules.
•
Now in a mixing bowl mix all the ingredients.
•
Make Kababs of the mixture like the
shape of seekh kebabs.
•
Deep fry them in oil on medium heat.
•
Serve hot with any chutney.
