Chicken pakoras are like chicken nuggets.
Which is Perfect for lazy Sundays, party aperitifs and teatime snack.
Ingredients:

200 gm Chicken breast (cut into
very small pieces)
•
1 grated Onion
•
1 tsp fresh Ginger Garlic paste
•
1 cup Besan (or Rice flour)
•
¼ tsp Turmeric powder
•
1/2 tbsp Coriander powder
•
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
•
1tsp red Chili powder
•
2tbsp Lemon juice
•
1 cup chopped Coriander leaves
•
Salt to taste
•
Oil to fry.
Method:
•
In a big bowl mix Chicken
pieces with Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Coriander powder, Turmeric powder, Red Chili
powder, Cumin powder, Lemon juice, Salt and fresh Coriander leaves. And Keep
aside for 1/2 hr.

Now add Besan flour, mix well and
make sure the chicken pieces are well coated . Keep aside
for 10 minutes.
•
Now heat the Oil in mediun heat and
Fry small spoonful of mixture in small batches, until crispy and golden. Once
done, remove the pakoras on paper towels, to remove the excess oil.

Serve warm with ketchup or just
with a cup of tea
