    Moli (Radish) ki Sabzi

    Muli (Radish) ki Sabzi is a simple recipe, that is made from stir fried Radish and  its greens along with masalas.



    Makes/Serves: 3 to 4 servings


    Ingredients:
              Bunch of Moli with its leaves
              1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
              1/2 tsp Chili powder
              1tsp Cumin seeds
              1tsp Coriander seeds
              1tsp Funnel seeds
              1tsp Poppy seeds
              2 to 3 Dry Red Chili
              1/2 tsp Garam Masala powder
              1tbsp Oil
              Salt to taste

    Method:
              at first Wash and peel the Radish. And then chopped the radish and its leaves and keep aside.
              Now for masala, take a pan on a medium heat and add Cumin seeds,Coriander seeds, Funnel seeds, Poppy seeds. Red Chilies and dry roast till nice aroma comes. Then grind them in to a curse powder and keep aside 
              Heat a teaspoon of Oil in a pan; add the chopped Moli, sprinkle some Salt and stir fry on medium heat till it get half cooked. This will take about 8 to 10 minutes. 
              Then add Radish leaves and Turmaric powder and cook them for about another 5 to 8 min. (do not cover it with lid)
              When the sabzi cooked well then add the masala powder and garam masala and give a good stir and cook it for 1 to 2 min. Turn off the heat.
              Serve hot with roti or rice.
