Quail's Egg Korma

Egg kurma is one such delicious, creamy and flavorful one, which goes very well any biryani, pulao or even with chapathi. It is a quick and easy recipe. 



Ingredients:
          6 boiled Quail Eggs
          1 Onion sliced
          1 to 1 ½ tbsp Butter
          1 inch Cinnamon stick
          1 tsp Ginger -Garlic paste
          Pinch of Fennel powder
          Salt to taste
          ¼ cup Milk
          2tbsp Cashew nuts paste


Method:
          In a pan add few drops of Oil and butter on low heat.
          Now add Cinnamon stick, sliced Onion,Salt and cook the onion on very low flame for about 5min or until onion get soft.
          Now add Fennel powder and Ginger Garlic paste, sauté until the raw smell vanishes.
          Then add Milk and mix well and cook for another 10 min on low flame.
          Then add boiled Eggs and Cashew paste and mix well. And cook it for about another 5 to 10 min. Switch off when the gravy reaches a desired consistency. (If gravy gets to thick add some more milk or water).
          Serve with biryani or pulao.
