Egg kurma is one such
delicious, creamy and flavorful one, which goes very well any biryani,
pulao or even with chapathi. It is a quick and easy recipe.
Ingredients:
•
6 boiled Quail Eggs
•
1 Onion sliced
•
1 to 1 ½ tbsp Butter
•
1 inch Cinnamon stick
•
1 tsp Ginger -Garlic paste
•
Pinch of Fennel powder
•
Salt to taste
•
¼ cup Milk
•
2tbsp Cashew nuts paste
Method:
•
In a pan add few drops of Oil and
butter on low heat.
•
Now add Cinnamon stick, sliced
Onion,Salt and cook the onion on very low flame for about 5min or until onion get
soft.
•
Now add Fennel powder and Ginger Garlic
paste, sauté until the raw smell vanishes.
•
Then add Milk and mix well and cook
for another 10 min on low flame.
•
Then add boiled Eggs and Cashew
paste and mix well. And cook it for about another 5 to 10 min. Switch off when the
gravy reaches a desired consistency. (If gravy gets to thick add some more milk
or water).
•
Serve with biryani or pulao.
