    Chicken Meat Ball

    A meatball is ground or minced meat rolled into a small ball, sometimes along with other ingredients, such as minced onion, eggs, butter and seasonings. Meatballs can be cooked by frying, baking, steaming. And it can be served as a snack with any sauce.



    Makes/Serves: 12 to 15 pieces


    Ingredients:
              200 gms minced meat (Chicken keema)
              1/2 cup Rice flour
              1tbsp Corn flour

              1chopped Onion 
              1 tbsp Ginger -Garlic paste

              1 tbsp Lemon juice
              1Egg beaten
              1tbsp Soya Sauce

              2 chopped Green Chilies 
              2tbsp chopped Mint leaves

              1/2 tsp Garam Masala powder

              1tsp Black Pepper
              1tsp Kasuri Methi powder
              1tsp Red Chili powder  
              Salt to taste
              Oil for deep frying

    Method:
               in a mixing bowl take the keema and add Rice flour, Corn flour, Onion, Ginger -Garlic paste, Egg, Lemon juice, Soya Sauce, Green Chilies ,Mint leaves, Garam Masala powder, Black Pepper, Kasuri Methi powder, Red Chili powder  and salt to taste. Mix them well
              Refridge the mixture for at least 1 hr.
              After 1 to 2 hr take the mixture and make 12 to 15 meatballs from that mixture.
              Now heat the oil in a pan on medium heat and deep-fry the balls till golden brown. 


              Serve with lemons and green chilies.

    Cook Tip:Instead of rice flour you can use besan or chana dal paste.
