Bhelpuri

Bhelpuri is an Indian snack, and is also a type of chaat. It is made out of puffed rice, vegetables and a tangy tamarind sauce.


Makes/Serves: 3 to 4 servings

Ingredients:
          2 cup Puffed Rice
          1/4 cup chopped Tomato (without seeds)
          1/4 cup chopped Onion 
          1/4 cup chopped Coriander Leaves  
          1/4 cup boiled and mashed Potato (optional)  
          3 to 4 chopped Green Chili 
          1 tblsp chopped Ginger (Optional)
          1 tblsp Chaat Masala 
          1 to 2 tblsp Tamarind Chutney
          1/2 cup Sev  
          2 tblsp Lemon Juice
          1tsp olive oil

Method:
          Mix the Puffed Rice, Tomatoes, Onion and Potato. 
          Mix all the other ingredients under seasoning and add to this. 
          And add  Sev and Olive Oil and mix well.
          Finally garnish with Coriander leaves and Lemon Juice.
          Add Tamarind Chutney.
          Serve immediately.
