Bhelpuri is an Indian snack, and
is also a type of chaat. It is made out of puffed rice, vegetables and a tangy
tamarind sauce.
Ingredients:
•
2 cup Puffed Rice
•
1/4 cup chopped Tomato (without
seeds)
•
1/4 cup chopped Onion
•
1/4 cup chopped Coriander Leaves
•
1/4 cup boiled and mashed Potato
(optional)
•
3 to 4 chopped Green Chili
•
1 tblsp chopped Ginger (Optional)
•
1 tblsp Chaat Masala
•
1 to 2 tblsp Tamarind Chutney
•
1/2 cup Sev
•
2 tblsp Lemon Juice
•
1tsp olive oil
Method:
•
Mix the Puffed Rice, Tomatoes,
Onion and Potato.
•
Mix all the other ingredients under
seasoning and add to this.
•
And add Sev and Olive Oil and
mix well.
•
Finally garnish with Coriander
leaves and Lemon Juice.
•
Add Tamarind Chutney.
•
Serve immediately.
