    Chocolate Cupcake

     For Chocolate lovers of your family.

    Ingredients:
              1½cups Flour
              1 cup Sugar
              3 Eggs
              ½ tsp Baking soda
              ½ tsp Baking powder
              ½ tsp Salt 
              ½cup Cocoa powder
              ¼ cup Milk
              ½cup Butter or vegetable oil
              Few drops of vanilla extract

    Method:
              Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a muffin pan with paper or foil liners. 
              Now in a bowl sift together the Flour, Baking powder, Baking soda, Cocoa and Salt. Set aside.
              In a large bowl, cream together the Butter and Sugar until light and fluffy. 
              Now add the Eggs one at a time, beating well with each addition.
              Add Vanilla and stir well.
              Add the flour mixture and Milk. Beat well. 
              Now fill the muffin cups 3/4 full. And Bake for 15 to 17 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
