Chocolate Cupcake
For Chocolate lovers of your family.
Ingredients:
•
1½cups Flour
•
1 cup Sugar
•
3 Eggs
•
½ tsp Baking soda
•
½ tsp Baking powder
•
½ tsp Salt
•
½cup Cocoa powder
•
¼ cup Milk
•
½cup Butter or vegetable oil
•
Few drops of vanilla extract
Method:
•
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a
muffin pan with paper or foil liners.
•
Now in a bowl sift together the
Flour, Baking powder, Baking soda, Cocoa and Salt. Set aside.
•
In a large bowl, cream together the
Butter and Sugar until light and fluffy.
•
Now add the Eggs one at a time, beating
well with each addition.
•
Add Vanilla and stir well.
•
Add the flour mixture and Milk. Beat
well.
•
Now fill the muffin cups 3/4 full. And
Bake for 15 to 17 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted
into the cake comes out clean.
