Vegetable Puffs




Ingredients:
          10 squares Puff Pastry Sheet (ready made)
          1 Egg beaten
          1tsp Oil
          1 chopped small Onion
          1 medium size chopped Carrot 
          2 medium size boiled and chopped Potatoes 
          1tsp Chili powder 
          1tsp Cumin seeds
          1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder 
          Salt to taste

Method:
           Heat oil in a pan. Add the Cumin seeds. When it crackle,add the onions and salt and fry  for 2 mins. 
           Add the potatoes and carrots, chili and turmeric powder.
           Mix well, cover and let it cook for about 5min on medium heat.  Turn off the flame.
          Preheat oven to 400 F.
          Take a puff pastry sheet put Spoonful of filling on top of it and take another sheet and place it on top of filling and seal all the sides. (Use a fork to press the edges.)
          Now arrange them in a baking tray. Once you are done with everything brush them with Egg all over the puffs.
          Bake it in a preheated oven for 25 to 30 mins or till the top are golden.
          Remove the tray from oven and let it cool.
          Now serve with ketchup.
