Puri or Luchi

Luchi or Puri is very delicious and easy to make. You can serve this puri for breakfast, dinner or lunch with any kind of curry.


Ingredients:
          2 cups Maida (all purpose flour)
          2tbsp oil
          1cup hot water (apox)
          Salt to taste
          Oil for deep fry  

Method:
           Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and Now knead into soft dough.(do not use all the water at a time.) Use more water if needed. Keep aside for about 15-30 min.
           Divide the dough into 20-25 equal portions.
           Now roll the each portion into a small circle shape using oil or flour.
           Now deep fry them one by one.
           Serve hot with any kind of curry.

Cook Tip:  you can use Atta (whole wheat flour)

Mixed flour masala puri

Masala puri is very delicious and easy to make. It can be serve with tea or coffee. Even you can serve this puri for dinner or lunch with any kind of curry.
  

Ingredients:
          ½ cup rice flour
          1 cup Maida or atta
          ½ cup chickpeas flour
          ½ tsp Ginger paste 
          ½ tsp Garlic paste
          ½ tsp Turmeric powder
          ½ tsp Cumin powder
          ½ tsp Coriander powder
          ½ tsp Chili powder
          ½ tsp Cardamom powder
          ½ tsp Cinnamon powder
          1tbsp Kasuri Methi powder
          2tbsp oil
          ½ cup yogurt
          2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
          ¼ cup hot water (apox)(if needed)
          Salt to taste
          Oil for deep fry

Raw Banana Kabab

Ingredients:

          2-3 raw Bananas
          ¼ cup chopped Onion
          1-2 chopped Green Chilies 
          ½ tsp ginger-garlic paste
          2 tbsp Corn flour
          2 tbsp Dry Breadcrumbs
          ½ tsp Red Chili Powder
          ½ tsp Coriander Powder
          ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
          ½ tsp Cumin powder
          ½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
          1 tsp Amchur powder (optional)
          2 tbsp finely chopped Coriander Leaves
          Salt to taste
          Oil for deep fry


Method:
           In a saucepan steam cook the raw banana for about 10 to 12 mins. 
          Now in a bowl add steam cooked banana and all other ingredients. And mix them very well.
          Divide the mixture into 10 equal portions. Give them a round shape.
          In a pan heat the oil and deep-fry them.
          Serve them hot with any kind of chutney.
