Masala puri is very delicious and
easy to make. It can be serve with tea or coffee. Even you can serve this puri
for dinner or lunch with any kind of curry.
Ingredients:
•
½ cup rice flour
•
1 cup Maida or atta
•
½ cup chickpeas flour
•
½ tsp Ginger paste
•
½ tsp Garlic paste
•
½ tsp Turmeric powder
•
½ tsp Cumin powder
•
½ tsp Coriander powder
•
½ tsp Chili powder
•
½ tsp Cardamom powder
•
½ tsp Cinnamon powder
•
1tbsp Kasuri Methi powder
•
2tbsp oil
•
½ cup yogurt
•
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
•
¼ cup hot water (apox)(if needed)
•
Salt to taste
•
Oil for deep fry
Method:
•
Combine all the ingredients
in a bowl and Now knead into soft dough.(use water if needed.) Keep aside
for about 15-30 min.
•
Divide the dough into 20-25
equal portions.
•
Now roll the each small
portion into a small circle shape using oil.
•
Now deep fry them one by one.
•
Serve hot.
