Ingredients:

2-3 raw Bananas
•
¼ cup chopped Onion
•
1-2 chopped Green Chilies
•
½ tsp ginger-garlic paste
•
2 tbsp Corn flour
•
2 tbsp Dry Breadcrumbs
•
½ tsp Red Chili Powder
•
½ tsp Coriander Powder
•
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
•
½ tsp Cumin powder
•
½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
•
1 tsp Amchur powder (optional)
•
2 tbsp finely chopped Coriander
Leaves
•
Salt to taste
•
Oil for deep fry
Method:
•
In
a saucepan steam cook the raw banana for about 10 to 12 mins.
•
Now in a bowl add steam cooked
banana and all other ingredients. And mix them very well.
•
Divide the mixture into 10 equal
portions. Give them a round shape.
•
In a pan heat the oil and deep-fry
them.
•
Serve them hot with any kind
of chutney.
