Bread Pizza

 This is a very tasty and healthy snack for kids. Here you can use lots of veggies and meat or paneer, whatever you like.


Makes/Serves: 6 pieces


Ingredients:
          6 bread slices
          1/4 cup chopped Capsicum
          1/4 cup Paneer cubes (very small pieces)
          2 tbsp chopped Onions
          2 tbsp chopped tomato (without seeds)
          1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
          4tbsp pizza sauce or Tomato ketchup
          1tbsp Pepper powder (optional)
          Melted Butter
          2 tbsp Oregano
          Salt to taste

Method:
          Take the bread slices, apply butter on it and apply pizza sauce on top of it.
          Now spread veggies and paneer on each slices.
          Now season them with salt, Oregano and pepper.
          Now Sprinkle lots of Mozzarella cheese on top of them.
          Heat a pan on low heat and apply little butter, place slices of bread pizza on it. Now close the lid and cook on low flame till cheese melts.
          Remove from the fire.
          Serve hot.
