This is a very tasty and healthy
snack for kids. Here you can use lots of veggies and meat or paneer, whatever
you like.
Makes/Serves: 6 pieces
Ingredients:
•         
6 bread slices
•         
1/4 cup chopped Capsicum
•         
1/4 cup Paneer cubes (very small
pieces)
•         
2 tbsp chopped Onions
•         
2 tbsp chopped tomato (without
seeds)
•         
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
•         
4tbsp pizza sauce or Tomato ketchup
•         
1tbsp Pepper powder (optional)
•         
Melted Butter
•         
2 tbsp Oregano
•         
Salt to taste
Method:
•         
Take the bread slices, apply butter
on it and apply pizza sauce on top of it.
•         
Now spread veggies and paneer on
each slices.
•         
Now season them with salt, Oregano
and pepper.
•         
Now Sprinkle lots of Mozzarella
cheese on top of them.
•         
Heat a pan on low heat and apply
little butter, place slices of bread pizza on it. Now close the lid and cook on
low flame till cheese melts.
•         
Remove from the fire.
•         
Serve hot.
