Chutney/chatney/chatni, is the
family of condiments associated with Indian cuisine made from a mix of variety
of spices, vegetables, or fruit. The word "chutney" derives from the Sanskrit word can meaning to lick
and these one surely goes with the name! Try it to get a finger licking
experience .This one colloquially called Aam-Anarash er Chatni
(Mango-Pineapple Chutney), is a hit during hotter summer days, simple to
prepare and tastes brilliant with a sweet and sour taste.
Ingredients:
•
1/2 ripen Pineapple chopped
•
2 big ripe sweet Mango chopped
•
4 to 5 cloves of oven smoked garlic
chopped
•
Fresh Mint leaves
•
3 to 4 green chili chopped
•
1/4 tsp Sugar
•
1/2 tsp Black Rock Salt to taste (or
normal salt)
•
1tsp Chaat Masala
Method:
•
Mix the entire ingredient in a
bowl. Oven smoked garlic gives it nice smoky flavor.
•
Serve it as Chutney.

Cook Tip: Some
time recipe doesn’t need perfect measurement just go for it and try it. Over a couple
of times you will master the chutney. Mash it to the way you like and make it
hot or mild using the green chilies and or Sugar.
