Rasogolla Chaat

Rasgulla Chaat is an interesting chaat. Which is mix of sweet and sour taste and is perfect to enjoy as evening snack 


Ingredients:
          5 Rasgulla 
          3 tbsp Curd 
          1tsp Chaat masala 
          1/2 Cumin powder 
          1/4 Black Salt 
          1/2 Red Chili powder (to taste)
          1tbsp Tamarind paste
          2tbsp Sugar syrup

Method:
           Soak the Rasgulla in warm water for 2 minutes or microwave them for 30sec.
          Press the Rasgulla lightly to squeeze out the sugar syrup. And Cut the Rasgullas into half and arrange them on a serving plate.
          Mix Tamarind paste and sugar syrup of Rasgullas to make sweet and sour.
            Now beat the Curd with Cumin powder, Black salt and Red chili powder.
          Now pour the beaten curd and tamarind paste mix on Rasgullas.
          Garnish with Chaat Masala and Chili powder.
