    Chicken Seekh Kabab

    Seekh Kebab cab be  made of any kind of minced meat with spices and grilled on skewers. Traditionally it is cooked in a tandoor and served with chutneys or mint sauce.


    Makes/Serves: 6 to 7 pieces


    Ingredients:
              250 gms minced meat (keema)

              1chopped Onion 

              1 tbsp Ginger -Garlic paste

              1 tbsp Lemon juice
              1 Egg beaten
              1 tbsp Soya Sauce

              2 chopped Green Chilies 
              1/2 tsp Garam Masala powder

              1 tsp Oil or Ghee

              1tsp Black Pepper
              1tsp Kasuri Methi powder
              1tsp Red Chili powder  
              Salt to taste

    Method:
               In a mixing bowl take the keema and add Onion, Ginger -Garlic paste
, Egg, Lemon juice, Soya Sauce, Green Chilies, Garam Masala powder, Black Pepper, Kasuri Methi powder, Red Chili powder  and Salt to taste. Mix them well
              Keep the mixture in the fridge for at least 1.5 hr or over night.
              Later, wet your hands and form a ball with the mince. Use wooden skewer and press out a kebab.Now take a baking dish and line it with oil or butter or ghee.

Place the kebabs on it and bake for 10 minutes.

Turn side, brush with a little oil and cooked for another 15 minutes. Oven should on  its highest temperature
              
Serve with lemons and green chilies.

    Cook Tip: you can deep-fry the Kabas.
