    Besan ka laddu

    Besan ka laddu is one of the popular aromatic and delicious laddu .These are sweet balls made from chickpea flour, Sugar, Ghee and Nuts.


    Makes/Serves:  

    Ingredients:
              4cups Besan (Gram flour)
              2cups Sugar
              2cup Ghee
              1/2tsp Green Cardamom powder
              20- 25 Almonds


    Method:

               Heat ghee in a kadai (pan) and add green cardamom powder. Add gram flour and roast on low heat till a nice aroma is given out. It will take about 10 min.
              Now crush the almonds. Transfer the crushed almond to roasted gram flour and add sugar and stir it for about 1- 2 min on low heat. (keep some crushed almond for garnishing.)
              Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
              Now roll them into even sized laddus.
              Cool and store.
