Besan ka laddu is one of the
popular aromatic and delicious laddu .These are sweet balls made from chickpea
flour, Sugar, Ghee and Nuts.
Ingredients:
•
4cups Besan (Gram flour)
•
2cups Sugar
•
2cup Ghee
•
1/2tsp Green Cardamom powder
•
20- 25 Almonds
Method:
•
Heat ghee in a kadai (pan) and
add green cardamom powder. Add gram flour and roast on low heat till a nice
aroma is given out. It will take about 10 min.
•
Now crush the almonds. Transfer the
crushed almond to roasted gram flour and add sugar and stir it for about 1- 2
min on low heat. (keep some crushed almond for garnishing.)
•
Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
•
Now roll them into even sized laddus.
•
Cool and store.
