Pizza prepared on tawa or pan is
as delicious as prepared in oven.
For Pizza Dough
•
2cup maida (All purpose flour)
•
2 ½ tbsp Olive Oil
•
1tsp Yeast
•
1tsp Sugar
•
½ tsp Salt
For pizza toppings
•
1 Tomato chopped (without
seeds)
•
1 Capsicum chopped (without seeds)
•
1 Onion chopped
•
1cup grated Mozzarella
Cheese
Method:
•
At first take one cup of luke
warm water and add yeast and sugar to it and cover the bowl for 2-3 minutes.

Now in a bowl take maida, add
Olive Oil, and Salt to it. Mix them well. Knead the Maida mix thoroughly with
the yeast water until it gets smooth. Grease the smooth dough with
some oil and covered it with fresh clean towel. Place the bowl at a warm place
for 3-4 hours. The dough will rise up and get double in quantity. (Pizza dough
is ready to make Pizza.)

Now take the Pizza dough and
roll it with hands in a round shape. Dust it with a little dry Maida and roll
it into 10 inch round disc on a rolling board. (or your desire size).

Preheat a pan then grease it with
little oil and place pizza inside it and use a fork to puts a lots of holes in this pizza dough and cook for 2 minutes or
until the lower side gets little brown.
•
Now flip it up side down and
reduce the flame to minimum. Garnish pizza with topping. Firstly layer pizza
sauce and then place capsicum, onion and tomato on the pizza.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese as well.

Cover pizza and cook for 8-10
minutes on medium flame until the cheese gets melted and the lower side gets
little brown. Keep checking after every 3 minutes.

Pizza is ready.

Cook Tip: You can prepare extra quantity of dough and store it in your
refrigerator, for the next 5-6 days. and whenever you want to make a
Pizza, just take it out from the freezer and frost it to make a Pizza
instantly.You can create the topping according to your taste .one more thing
that the vegetables should not be extremely moist, else the base will not
get crispy.If you are using dry yeast instead of instant yeast, then mix it in
sugar and lukewarm water so that it becomes active.
