Banana puri

Banana Puries are very delicious.  These can be served for breakfast or as a snack


Makes/Serves: 8 pieces

Ingredients:
          ½ cup whole-wheat flour
          ½cup all purpose flour
          2 ripe mashed Bananas 
          1tbsp cup Sugar
          1 tbsp melted Ghee (or Oil)
          ½ tsp Cardamom powder
          Salt to taste
          Oil for deep frying


Method:
          In mixing bowl, take Banana; add the sugar, ghee, salt and cardamom mix it well.
          Now Add whole-wheat flour and all-purpose flour to the banana mix and make smooth dough. Keep it aside for about 30min.
           Now divide the dough in 8 to 10 equal parts. And roll them into small puri.
           Heat the oil in a frying pan on medium heat. (To check the heat if oil is ready put one piece of small dough into the oil, dough should sizzle and come up slowly.) Fry the puries till they are brown from all around. It will take about 2 minutes for each puri. Take them out over paper towel so it can absorb the extra Oil. Puries are ready.
          Serve them as a breakfast or snack.
