    Masala Paratha

Masala paratha is very easy to make. It is a good change when you are bored of simple plain paratha.

    Makes/Serves:  4pieces

    Ingredients:
               1cup Whole Wheat flour
               1/2 cup Maida
               1/2 tspJeera
               1/2 tsp Ajwain
               1/2 tsp   Garam masala powder
               1/2 tsp Red chilly powder
               1/2 tsp  Amchur powder
              1/2t tsp cumin powder(or seeds)
               1tbsp Yoghurt  (optional)
               2tsp oil
               Ghee for fry
               Salt to taste

     Method:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and make a breadcrumb mixture.
Now knead into soft dough using enough water.
Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Keep aside for about 15 min.
Roll out the balls into a circle, using whole-wheat flour.
Place the paratha on a non-stick pan. Turn over in a few seconds.
Apply some Ghee on both sides. Cook both sides until brown in color.
Repeat with the remaining portions to make 3 more parathas.
               Serve hot.
