    Aloo Tikki Chaat

    Aloo Chaat is the name of a street food item made in North India and Pakistan. It is prepared by frying potatoes in oil and adding spices and chutney. It can be served as a snack.



    Makes/Serves: 2 servings
    Ingredients:
    ·      2 big sized Potatoes (boiled, peeled, and mashed)
    ·      1/4 cup Corn flour
    ·      ½ tsp Chili powder
    ·      ½ tsp Amchoor powder
    ·      ½ tsp chaat masala
    ·      1/2tsp Black Pepper powder
    ·      2 to 3 chopped Green Chilies
    ·      1/4 cup yogurt batten 
    ·      2tbsp Sweet Chutney
    ·      3tbsp chopped Coriander leaves
    ·      Oil for shallow fry
    ·      Salt to taste

    Method:
    ·     In a bowl add mashed Potato, Corn flour. Black pepper, chopped Coriander leaves’ chopped Green Chilies and Salt and mix well.
    ·      Now make small balls with the mixture and lightly flatten them with the help of hand.
    ·      Now heat oil in a pan on medium heat and shallow fry the Potato Tikki
    ·      Now bring out them to a serving plate.
    ·      Now top it with yogurt and sweet chutney
    ·      And sprinkle with chili powder, Amchoor powder, chaat masala and some Coriander leaves.
    ·      Serve it.
