Banana Fritters are delicious and
very tasty treats, that can be eaten in the morning, noon, or night, as a snack or as
dessert. It's very very easy to make.

2 ripe Banana (mashed)
·
2 cups Rice flour
·
1 tsp Baking powder
·
2 Eggs (beaten)
·
1/4 cup Milk
·
1/2 Cardamom powder
·
A pinch of Salt
·
Oil for deep frying
·
2 cups Sugar
·
1cup water
·
1 tbsp Lemon juice
·
1tbsp Rose water
Method:
· At first make syrup: Take Sugar and water in a saucepan
bring it to boil. Simmer it for 5 to 8 mins till it gets little sticky. It should
reach to 1 string. And add lemon juice to stop crystallization.
· In a mixing bowl, combine the Milk and Bananas, Rice
flour, Salt, and Baking powder, Eggs, cardamom powder and mix well and leave it
a side.
· In a pan heat the oil and carefully place spoonful
of the mixture into the hot oil and fry until brown. Flip the fritter and
continue to brown. Remove fritters from the oil and drain on paper towels.
· Now add fritters to the sugar syrup. Leave it for
few min in syrup. And bring out to a serving plate.
· Serve it hot or cold.
