It is basically a green leaves pokora goes very well with tea.
Makes/Serves: 8 to 10 pieces
Ingredients:
· 1 bunch
of Palak roughly chopped (about 2cups)
· 1cup finely chopped Coriander Leaves
· 1cup chopped Spring Onion
· 1or 2 chopped Green Chili
· 1/4 cup corn flour
· 1tbsp Bason
· 1/2 cup Dry Breadcrumbs (or as
needed)
· 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
· 1 tsp Fennel Powder
· 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
· 1tbsp Cumin seed
· 1tbsp Poppy seeds
· 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
· 1tsp Amchor powder
· Salt to taste
· Oil for deep frying
Method:
· now in a bowl transfer the Palak and add Spring
Onion ,Corn flour, chopped Green Chili , chopped Coriander leaves and Poppy seeds ,Bason and all the spices, salt to taste, and add Breadcrumbs
.
· And mix them very well.
· Divide the mixture into 8equal portions. Give them
a round shape as ball then flat them
with the help of palm.
· In a pan heat the oil and deep-fry them.
· Serve them hot with any chutney.
