Strawberry Smoothie

Makes/Serves:  2 Glasses
Ingredients:
          2 cups chopped Strawberries
          1 small lemon juice
          2tbsp Sugar
          1/4 cup Rooh Afsa sharbat
          1pinch of Salt.
          4 cup water
          7 to 8 ice cube

Method:
Place all of the ingredients in the blender. Blend until frothy, it will  take about two minutes. Pour into a glass, add ice cube and Serve right away.


Concord Grapes-Lemon Smoothie

Makes/Serves:  2 Glasses

Ingredients:
          2 cups Concord grapes
          1 small lemon juice
          1/2 cup mint leaves
          2tbsp suger
          1pinch of salt.
          4 cup water
          7 to 8 ice cube

Method:
          Place all of the ingredients  in the blender. Blend until frothy,  It will take about two mins.
          Pour into a glass, add ice cube and garnish with mint leaves. Serve right away.

Egg Pudding

Egg Pudding is healthy for kids which is made of Milk and Eggs and  is very easy to make .Also it can be served as dessert.

Makes/Serves:  

Ingredients:
For batter
          2 cup Milk 
          3 tbsp Sugar 
          3Eggs  
           1tsp Vanilla essence (or cardamom powder)
For caramel
           2tbsp Sugar
          1tsp water

Method:
           Beat together eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla essence in a bowl until sugar dissolves. 
Stain the egg mixture to another bowl and keep it aside.
          Take a small pan and put it on stove on medium heat, and add 2tbsp sugar with 1tsp of water for caramel. Let it cook gently until the sugar melts and turn golden.
          
Pour them to a baking mold or baking dish. Then refrigerate the mold for 5 to 10 min.

           Now Pour the egg mixture on the golden caramel mold.

          In a large baking dish, pour 1-2 inches of water and place the mold in it.

          Put the pudding dish, in a pre heated oven at 350 f for 45 minutes. 

          Take it out of the oven and let it cool at room temperature.
           Carefully run a butter knife around the egg pudding, place a platter over the pudding mold and carefully turn it upside down. 
          You can chill it in the refrigerator before serving or serve warm.

Cook Tip:  Staining the egg mixture is very important because it gives the smoothness. You can also steam it instead of baking it will take about 20 to 25 min.

          1 Capsicum (cut in slice and de seed it)
          1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
          1/2 tspTurmeric powder
          1/2tsp Red chilli powder
           1/2tsp Cumin powder
          1/2tsp Coriander powder
          1/2 Black pepper powder
          1tbsp kasuri methi powder
          1/2Garam masala powder
          1cup Gram Flour
          1/2 cup Corn flour
           oil for deep fry
          Salt to taste

          1 cup Milk Powder 
          3tbsp Maida (All purpose flour)
          1/4tsp Baking Soda
          1tsp Ghee
          Salt a pinch
          2tbsp Yogurt
          Oil or Ghee for Deep frying (or mix both of them)
          2tsp Lemon Juice
          For Syrup:
          1.5 cup Sugar 
         2 cup Water 
          Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp 
          Few drops of Rose Water 
          Saffron a big pinch
