Baked Salmon

Salmon are rich in Heart healthy Omega-3 acids. American Heart Association recommends a daily serving of Salmon to be heart healthy.



Makes/Serves:  2 Servings

Ingredients:
          2 (6 ounce) fillets Salmon

          2 cloves chopped Garlic

          1tsp light Olive oil

          1/2 tsp Salt

          1/2 1sp Black Paper powder

          tsp dried Basil

          2 slice of Lemon

          1 tsp chopped fresh Parsley


 Method:
          In a  bowl, prepare marinade by mixing garlic, light olive oil, basil, salt, pepper, and parsley. Place salmon fillets and rub with the mixture and cover with the marinade. Marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
          Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
          Place fillets in aluminum foil, cover with marinade, top it with slices of Lemon and seal the foil by folding the sides. Place sealed salmon in the baking tray, and bake 40 to 45 minutes.
          Serve it with brown rice or white rice, or salad.
