Paneer Tikki is a quick and easy
snack for kids. It can be serve with any sauce.
Ingredients:
• 1 cup crumbled
or grated Paneer
•
1 small potato (boiled and
mashed)
•
2 to 3 chopped green chilies
(optional)
•
2 bread slices
•
1 tsp. ginger garlic paste
(optional)
•
1tsp Cumin seeds
•
1 chopped small Onion
•
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
•
1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder
•
5 to 10 Mint leaves
•
Oil for frying
•
Salt to taste
Method:
•
Mix all the ingredients well with
the little help of water.
•
Divide the mixture into 6 to 8
equal portions. Give them a round shape as ball then flat them with the
help of palm.
•
Heat a tawa and fry them on a
medium flame with little oil. (Shallow fry). OR you can deep-fry them.
•
Serve with any chutney or sauce.
