Capsicum Pokora



Ingredients:
          1 Capsicum (cut in slice and de seed it)
          1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
          1/2 tspTurmeric powder
          1/2tsp Red chilli powder
           1/2tsp Cumin powder
          1/2tsp Coriander powder
          1/2 Black pepper powder
          1tbsp kasuri methi powder
          1/2Garam masala powder
          1cup Gram Flour
          1/2 cup Corn flour
           oil for deep fry
          Salt to taste


Method:
          In a bowl add gram flour, corn flour, all the spices, salt and Ginger-garlic paste and mix with little water, mix it well to make smooth thick batter.
          Heat oil  in a pan for deep fry the pakora.
          Now gently coat the capsicum slices with the prepared batter and put it in the hot oil one by one.
          Fry the pakora  from both side till it turns golden brown.
          Take out on the kitchen towel to absorb extra oil.
          Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
