Ingredients:

1 Capsicum (cut in slice and de seed
it)
•
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
•
1/2 tspTurmeric powder
•
1/2tsp Red chilli powder
•
1/2tsp Cumin powder
•
1/2tsp Coriander powder
•
1/2 Black pepper powder
•
1tbsp kasuri methi powder
•
1/2Garam masala powder
•
1cup Gram Flour
•
1/2 cup Corn flour
•
oil for deep fry
•
Salt to taste
Method:
•
In a bowl add gram flour, corn flour,
all the spices, salt and Ginger-garlic paste and mix with little water,
mix it well to make smooth thick batter.
•
Heat oil in a pan for deep fry the pakora.
•
Now gently coat the capsicum
slices with the prepared batter and put it in the hot oil one by one.
•
Fry the pakora from both side till it turns golden brown.
•
Take out on the kitchen towel to
absorb extra oil.
•
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
