Makes/Serves: one 10 x
15 inch cake
Ingredients:
•
1 cup Pumpkin Puree
•
2 cups White Sugar
•
1 cup Butter softened
•
4 Eggs
•
2 cups All-purpose flour,
(Maida)
•
1 teaspoons Baking Soda
•
1tsp Baking powder
•
1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
•
1/2 teaspoon Salt
•
3 teaspoons Milk
•
1 cup chopped Walnuts
Method:
•
In a mixing bowl beat the eggs; beat
till it becomes double.
•
Now in this beaten eggs, mix pumpkin, white
sugar, and butter and chopped walnut - mix well.
•
In another bowl, combine flour,
baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
•
Add the above flour mixture to the egg
and pumpkin mixture and mix well.
•
Grease your baking pan with butter
or oil and dust Maida all over the pan.
•
Pour cake batter into greased
baking pan.
•
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees
C) for 25 to 30 minutes, or until cake is done. let it to cool.
•
Serve with Tea/Coffee.
