Pumpkin Cake

Pumpkin cake is nothing but a cake .we can have it for breakfast or snack.




Makes/Serves: one 10 x 15 inch cake

Ingredients:
          1 cup Pumpkin Puree

          2 cups White Sugar

          1 cup Butter softened

          4 Eggs

          2 cups All-purpose flour, (Maida)
          1 teaspoons Baking Soda

          1tsp Baking powder

          1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

          1/2 teaspoon Salt

          3 teaspoons Milk

          1 cup chopped Walnuts

 Method:
          In a mixing bowl beat the eggs; beat till it becomes double.
          Now in this beaten eggs, mix pumpkin, white sugar, and butter and chopped walnut - mix well.
          In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
          Add the above flour mixture to the egg and pumpkin mixture and mix well.   
          Grease your baking pan with butter or oil and dust Maida all over the pan.
           Pour cake batter into greased baking pan.
          Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 to 30 minutes, or until cake is done.  let it to cool.
          Serve with Tea/Coffee.

Cook Tip:  Check with toothpick or fork if it comes cleans means cake is done.
