    Butter Paneer

    Butter Paneer masala is one of the most famous Indian paneer dish .It is very easy and quick to make and can be served with rice ,roti etc.


    Makes/Serves:  2 to 3 servings

    Ingredients:
              300 gm Paneer (cut in to 2inch long pieces)
              1tbsp Maida
              1tsp Black Paper powder
              1 chopped small Onion
              2 chopped small Tomato
              1tbsp chopped Ginger 
              1tsp chopper garlic
              5 to 8 Cashew, (soaked in water for couple of mins)
              1tbsp Coriander powder
              1tsp cumin powder
              1 tbsp Cumin seeds
              1tsp Turmeric powder
              1tbsp kasuri methi powder
              2tbsp Butter
              1tsp oil
              Salt to taste
              1tsp Garam masala powder
              2 to 3 tbsp Cream 

    Method:
              At first marinate the Paneer with Maida, Black Paper and a pinch of salt.
              Now shallow fry them for couple of sec. And keep a side. 
              Heat a pan in medium heat, add oil .Now add Onion, Ginger, Garlic and Tomato and cook for 3 to 4 min. Or till Tomato get soft.
              Now add Turmeric powder, coriander   powder, Cumin powder and salt and Cashew and cook for 3 to 4 min.
              Now take a blander and pour them to make puree with litter water.
              Now in the same pan add butter on medium heat, when Butter get melt add Cumin seeds.
              When cumin seeds changes color, pour the puree to the pan and cook it for  5 min or puree reduce to half.
              Add water if you need more gravy
              Now add Paneer and kasuri methi ,stir it .cook for 1min.
              And sprinkle Garam masala powder.
              Add cream, stir it and Off the flame.
              Serve with Roti or Rice.

    Cook Tip: If you are using fresh Paneer, then no need to fry them, you can directly add them.
