    Vegetable Cheese Cake

    Vegetable cheese cake is very good for picky-eating kids and healthy too. It has lots of vitamin and protein.


    Makes/Serves:  3 small cakes

    Ingredients:
              2 cup Bread Crumbs
              2tbsp Butter
               1tbsp Milk 
              2 Eggs 
              1tbsp Flour
               1tbsp finely chopped Onion
              1/2 tsp finely chopped Garlic
              1tbsp chopped French Beans
              1tbsp chopped Carrot 
              1tbsp Sweet Corns 
              1/2 tsp Red Chilly Flakes 
              1tbsp Greek Yogurt (The relatively thick and concentrated Yogurt)  
              1tbsp Cottage Cheese
               1/2 tbsp Dry Herbs  (like Oregano, chopped Coriander Leaves)
              Salt to taste
      
     Method:
              Take a bowl and add Bread Crumbs butter, little milk and mix it. 
              Take an oven safe bowl or small baking dish, grease it and spread the bread crumbs mixture evenly by pressing with hands.
               Take a bowl and add egg and beat it. To it add greek yogurt, cottage cheese and mix nicely.
              Now in a pan heat butter and add garlic, onion, french beans, carrot, sweet corns, red chilly flakes, salt and Dry herbs mix it and cook it for about 5min.and add 1tbsp flour to absorb the moist.
              Now transfer them to egg and yogurt mixture bowl, mix well.
               Take the baking bowl and pour the mixture to it.
               Place in baking tray and bake at 180 degree for 10-15 mins.
              Now decrease the oven temp.180 to 150 degree and bake for 5to 10 more min. And check with fork if it is comes cleans it means it is done.
               Now bring out the cake into serving plate and serve it.

    Cook Tip: The Vegetables can also be mixed as salad instead of cooking/sautéing to give a crunchy feel.
