A smoothie (occasionally spelled
smoothee or smoothy) is a thick beverage made from blended raw fruit and/or vegetables, often with other ingredients such as
water, ice, dairy products or sweeteners.
Makes/Serves: 2 Glasses
Ingredients:
•
2 cups seedless Watermelon
•
1 small Lemon juice
•
1/2 cup Mint leaves
•
2 cup water
•
2tbsp Sugar
•
1pinch of Salt (optional)
•
7 to 8 Ice cube
Method:
•
Place all of the ingredients in the
blender. Blend until frothy, about 2 minute.
•
Pour into a glass, add ice cube
•
And garnish with lemon slice and Mint
leaves.
•
Serve it Chilled

Cook Tip: Keep the smoothie in deep freeze for 10 mins and do a
final shake before serving.
